Nothing runs until the admin presses START. Then round 1 watches for 15 minutes, round 2 for 30, and every round after that for an hour.

Every post with the influencer's hashtag, cashtag, handle or mint counts. VI = (views / 1,000 + engagement / 100 + 5 × spread) per hour × velocity.

The most viral win
At the close, the most viral influencers with real holders and trading in the round win. Up to 5 split the budget by VI, max 40% each.

Burned slowly
Winners are bought and burned in random slices spread over the same length as the round, while the next round is already watching. No winners: the SOL waits.

Each round, 30% of new $INFLUENCER fees move from the Platform Fee Wallet to the Burn Vault.
